Who I am

I’m a strategic and impact driven Project Manager with a strong foundation in the UK renewable energy sector, focused on building products and delivering programmes that solve real world problems and accelerate the transition to a more sustainable future. My work sits at the intersection of policy, technology, and user needs, where clarity and prioritisation are critical.

I currently lead the Electrification of Heat Programme at the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, where I work on advancing the UK’s renewable heat transition through strategic programme delivery and stakeholder engagement. This includes leading high profile initiatives such as the Clean Heat Market Mechanism, shaping how complex systems are designed, governed, and adopted at national scale.

Alongside this, I bring a strong product mindset, with hands on experience in backlog prioritisation, roadmap planning, MVP definition, and cross functional team leadership. I’ve formalised this shift through a Product Management certification with BrainStation, alongside holding an APM Project Management Qualification and Agile PM certification. My focus now is on designing simple, intuitive digital products that turn complex systems into experiences people can trust and use with confidence.
